Brazilian Cheese Bread is a very popular breakfast and snack dish in Brazil. It consists in a blend of tapioca flour (cassava flour) and cheese that creates a perfect combination between aroma and texture. Brazilian Cheese Bread is a small ball, around 5 cm in diameter, crunchy on the outside and soft inside.
Although the name "bread" this product isn't leavened and it is totally gluten free.
Our Brazilian Cheese Bread is handmade, without preservatives, made with high quality Canadian ingredients what makes it more fresh and health.
We produce them with, at least 2 types of cheese, excluding the parmesan cheese to give it a special, but not strong flavour. As a suggestion, try it with a mug of coffee ☕️
