Mini Pastel Pack - 30

The pastel  is for sure the most popular street food in Brazil. It's everywhere and It is traditionally sold on the streets, in open-air marketplaces, or in fast-food shops known as pastelarias. It consists of half-circle or rectangle-shaped thin crust pies with assorted fillings, deep fried in vegetable oil. The result is a crispy, goldish fried pie. In our cuisine Pastéis are classified as savoury snacks.

Usually the Pastel you'll find on Brazilian streets and fairs has approximately 15 to 30 cm here at Brazilian Pastries you'll sell a mini version as snack size so you can try different flavours in the same order :)

Our Mini pastel kit comes with 30 mini pasteis (10 of each falvour)

- 10 mozzarella

- 10 ground beef

- 10 ham and mozzarella (this one is called cigarrete)

Important: the pasteis are 100% made by BP from Candian products, we don't use any preservatives. 

Ingredients: all purpose flour, lard, salt, water + fillings (mozzarella cheese - ground beef - ham and mozzarella)
