Choconut Cake or Prestigio
This cake is a combination between coconut and chocolate. Sweet just right because it's made with raw coconut which gives it a certain crispness. It's a delight! The decoration might vary, but the flavour is always the same! The filling is not coconut brigadeiro.
At Brazilian Pastries you can buy it in 3 different sizes: Small, Medium and Large. The amount o of people one cake can serve depends on how thin is each piece.
Small = 15 cm = 10 to 15 thin pieces
M = 20cm = 18 to 25 pieces
L= 23 cm = 40 to 45 pieces
