Pamonha or Corn Meal Cake
Brazilian Pastries has adapted this recipe to Canadian products. The result is a soft cake with a cream layer and sweet corn flavour, very close to what we call in Brazil Pamonha Cake . It combines perfectly with a cup of coffee. Brazilian corn meal Cream Cake is a gluten free recipe.
Ingredients: Corn meal, milk, eggs, corn and corn starch, sugar, vegetable oil, baking powder, whipping cream and cheese.
